Arrive about ten to ten
Pull onto the gravel. There is room. Ten minutes early puts you in the vestibule while people are still talking, which is the easiest way in.

Blackburn Road bends and the church is on the bend. Park on the gravel, come in the front doors, sit anywhere.
Finding us
A white clapboard church with a round stained-glass window in the gable and a reader board out at the road. There is nothing else it could be.
Your first morning
Pull onto the gravel. There is room. Ten minutes early puts you in the vestibule while people are still talking, which is the easiest way in.
The two white doors under the porch, wreath on each. There is no other entrance to find and nobody stationed to process you.
Oak pews, hymnals and Bibles in the racks. The back is perfectly acceptable. So is the front, if you are brave.
People stay on afterwards. If you would rather go straight out, go straight out — you will still be welcome next week.
Get in touch
You don't have to — but if you would like someone to look out for you on Sunday, or you are asking about the cemetery, a wedding, a funeral or a baptism, this is the quickest way.
On the map
Sewickley Heights sits above the Ohio River valley north-west of Pittsburgh. Blackburn Road runs through it — wooded, narrow and curved — and the congregation has worshipped on the same ground since 1833. Coming from Sewickley borough, climb out of the valley; the church appears on the bend with the reader board at the verge.
